Such a beautiful day today and best of all, my Free People Quilted Jacket finally arrived!
I wore it out on a walk and immediately got a few of those "knowing" glances from other like minded individuals - love when that happens! I'm super happy with this one, its not too heavy but has just the right amount of weight to it. And I just love the causal, laid back feel - it has a very 'lived-in' look to it and I don't have many pieces like that in my wardrobe. I opted for the black shade in XS, which is still quite oversized.
Additionally, these Spanx Faux Leather Leggings have been all the rage lately so I jumped on the band wagon to see what all of the fuss is about and not going to lie, I kind of love them! I went with my regular size and I will admit, they are really hard to get on but once they are on - they stay on. There is no movement, no riding down, and they don't make me feel constricted as I have expected given they are a shaping brand. Although, with a $98 price tag, I would expect more than just a regular pair of leggings. And seeing that I've already worn them four times this week, they will more than likely pay for themselves.
